Custard Pie
Custard Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 c. milk, 1 tbsp. flour and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg (and some extra for sprinkling on top), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat eggs; add milk (put flour and nutmeg in a little bit of the milk and dissolve before adding), sugar and vanilla.
Strain into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then 350° until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
