Curry Pickles
Curry Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. chunked pickles, salt water, 2 qt. vinegar, 4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. mustard seed (put in bag), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soak pickles in salt water for 3 hours.
Boil together vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and curry powder.
Add drained pickles.
Heat to boiling.
Can in quarts jars and seal.
