Curry Pâté
Curry Pâté is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp. cooking sherry, 1/2 tsp. curry powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Thoroughly blend cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, sherry, curry powder and salt.
(I do mine in the food processor.) Spread on a serving platter in a circle 1/2-inch thick.
Chill until firm.
At serving time, spread with chutney and sprinkle top with green onions.
Serve with crackers.
