Curry Chicken
Curry Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 whole chicken breasts, boned and cut up in fourths, 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli or 1 box frozen, chopped broccoli, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 2/3 c. mayonnaise and 1/3 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Have chicken cooked.
Cook broccoli until almost tender. Place broccoli in 2-quart baking dish.
Place chicken on top.
Mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, milk, cheese, lemon juice and curry powder.
Pour over chicken and sprinkle with butter and bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
