Curry Chicken
Curry Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, 1/4 c. onions, chopped, 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt butter.
Saute onions until transparent.
Remove from heat.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Drain mushrooms (save liquid). Add water to mushroom liquid to make 1/2 cup liquid.
Gradually stir into flour mixture until smooth, then add the evaporated milk, curry and mushrooms.
Cook on medium heat until thick. Arrange meat and broccoli in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Pour sauce over meat and broccoli.
Add cheese and bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
