Curry Chicken
Curry Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken wings or legs, 1 pkg. carrots, diced, 2 lb. potatoes, diced, 1 onion, chopped and curry powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute chicken in 4 tablespoons of oil with onion and garlic. Sprinkle curry powder on chicken and add 4 cups water, salt, pepper and soy sauce; bring to a boil.
Add diced carrots and potatoes.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add cornstarch to 1/2 cup water, then to chicken and thicken.
Serves 8 to 10.
