Curried Rice
Curried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 tsp. curry powder, 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed and 1/4 tsp. ground cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In medium skillet melt margarine.
Add onion, curry, garlic, cumin and poultry seasoning.
Cook until onion is tender, reduce heat to low.
With fork, stir in rice, raisins, parsley, orange juice and orange peel.
Heat through.
