Curried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. oil, 3 onions, chopped, 1 (14.5 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained or chopped, 2 tbsp. curry powder or to taste and 2 c. rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
