Curried Fruit
Curried Fruit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can peach halves, 1 small can apricots, maraschino cherries, 2 tsp. curry powder and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain fruit well on paper towels.
Melt together butter, sugar, curry powder and cornstarch.
Lay fruit in baking pan, hollow side up and put cherry in each hollow.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour, basting frequently.
Cool and refrigerate 1 day.
When ready to serve, warm for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
