Curried Fruit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter or margarine, 2 tsp. curry powder, 1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can peach halves, drained, 10 maraschino cherries and 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add sugar and curry powder.
Add pineapple and syrup to skillet.
Mix and simmer until sugar is melted.
Put fruits in a buttered shallow pan or baking dish (1 1/2-quart).
Pour sauce over fruit.
Bake 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
