Curried Fruit
Curried Fruit is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with (no. 2 1/2) can pear halves, (no. 2 1/2) can peach halves, small can pineapple tidbits, small can apricot halves and c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. The day before serving, drain and dry fruits on paper towels. Arrange fruit on shallow "bake and serve" dish.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Melt butter and add curry powder.
