Combine flour, cornmeal, salt, curry powder and paprika; mix well and set aside.
Combine the egg and milk in a shallow bowl and beat until blended. Dip chicken in the egg mixture and dredge in the flour mixture.
Fry chicken in hot oil (350°) 10 to 15 minutes on each side; or you may bake this in a deep dish in the oven at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
