Currant-Studded Bulgur
Currant-Studded Bulgur is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/3 c. currants, 1 tbsp. honey, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine water, currants, honey, salt, black pepper, cinnamon and cumin in a medium-size saucepan.
Bring to simmering.
Stir in bulgur and green onions.
Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes or until the bulgur is tender.
