Cupcakes Elegant is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, 1 c. oleo or 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. oleo, 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped, 1 3/4 c. sugar and 1 c. flour (unsifted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt chocolate and oleo; add pecans.
Stir well to coat pecans.
Combine sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla.
Stir until blended, but do not beat.
Add chocolate-nut mixture.
Stir, but do not beat.
Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full.
Bake at 325Β° for 35 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar.
