Cucumber Salad
Cucumber Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large cucumbers peeled, cut in half lengthwise, seeded and sliced thin, 1/4 c. vinegar, 2 tbsp. water, 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 cloves garlic cut in big chunks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Layer the cucumber slices on paper towels.
Put a heavy plate on the cucumber to take the excess water out of the cucumbers, about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, add all the ingredient except paprika.
Mix well and add the cucumber slices.
Chill overnight. Before serving sprinkle paprika over.
Take out the garlic chunks. Can be doubled or tripled.
