Cucumber Pickles
Cucumber Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with cucumbers to fill 3 qt. or 6 pt., 3 3/4 c. vinegar, 3 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. salt (scant) and 4 1/2 tsp. celery seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Slice cucumbers or cut in strips and let stand overnight in hot water.
Boil vinegar, sugar and spices for 5 minutes.
Pour over sliced cucumbers that have been packed in jars.
Seal. This makes 3 quarts or 6 pints.
Vinegar can be reheated.
