Cucumber Mousse
Cucumber Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. gelatin, 3 tbsp. cold water, 2 tsp. vinegar or water, 1 tsp. grated onion and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Put over heat and add vinegar, onion, salt and paprika.
Chill until about to set.
Beat the gelatin mixture into the stiffly whipped cream.
Fold in the cucumbers.
Rinse individual molds, fill them with mousse.
When they are thoroughly chilled, invert them onto a garnished plate. Serves 4.
