Cube Steak Casserole
Cube Steak Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. cubed steak, 1/2 stick butter, 1 c. uncooked rice, 2 c. water and 2 beef bouillon (dissolved in 1 1/2 c. water), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown cube steak and cut into bite size pieces.
Place steak in bottom of deep casserole dish.
Cut butter and place over steak.
Pour rice over this.
Pour soup mix and dissolved bouillon over rice, then add water.
Cook at 350Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. (Do not batter cube steak).
