Cuban Chicken
Cuban Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut up, 2 tbsp. salad oil, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 1 large onion, chopped and 1 large green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Simmer chicken in oil 15 minutes. Remove. To pan, add garlic, onion and green pepper.
4 minutes. Add tomato sauce, potatoes, spices, wine, raisins and olives.
Add chicken. Simmer about 35 minutes (until done). Stir in frozen peas. Cook until peas are done (2 to 3 minutes).
