Crystal's Chocolate Chip Cookies
Crystal'S Chocolate Chip Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter flavor crisco, 3/4 c. crisco, 1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1 1/4 c. sugar and 4 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Cream butter flavor Crisco, Crisco, brown sugar, sugar, milk, vanilla and eggs until creamy.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture.
Place oats in blender until coarse powder.
Gradually add to mixture.
Blend well.
Add chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by tablespoons on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies, 11 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies.
Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes.
Remove to cooling rack.
