Crustless Quiche
Crustless Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 whole eggs, 6 to 8 tbsp. flour (whole wheat is best, but unbleached or white will substitute), 1 c. shredded cheddar or 1/2 c. mozzarella and 1/2 c. cheddar, 1 can mushrooms and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put the 1/2 stick of margarine into a square baking dish or casserole and then put pan in a 350° oven to melt margarine while mixing remaining ingredients.
Beat eggs with flour.
Put the rest in and mix, then pour mixture into hot casserole dish with melted butter.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle is clean.
Allow to rest about 10 minutes before serving.
