Combine pretzels, cereals and nuts in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Cook and stir brown sugar, oleo and corn syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Let the mixture boil without stirring for 4 minutes.
Remove heat.
