Crunchy Ham Ball
Crunchy Ham Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature, 1/4 c. hellmann's mayonnaise, 2 c. ground ham or spam, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley and 1 tsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
(May use food processor.) Mix in next 5 ingredients.
Chill for 1 hour or 2. Form into ball; roll in nuts.
Serve with Ritz or wheat crackers. You may chop ham in your food processor also. This is very popular parties, especially holidays. Serves 8 or 10.
