Crunch Top Potatoes
Crunch Top Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3 or 4 large baking potatoes, pared and cut in 1/2-inch crosswise slices, 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes, 1 c. shredded sharp cheese and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan at 325°.
Add single layer of potatoes.
Turn them once to butter both sides.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle over top of potatoes and bake 1/2 hour at 350° or until done and tops are crispy.
Serve hot.
