Crunch Sugar Balls
Crunch Sugar Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chocolate chips, 1/2 c. orange juice, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 3 tbsp. light corn syrup and 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Melt over hot water the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Remove from heat.
Add corn syrup and orange juice.
Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar and nuts.
Add to chocolate mixture and mix well.
Let stand about 30 minutes.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Roll in granulated or powdered sugar.
Allow to ripen in cool place in covered container.
