Crunch Parfaits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cereal (ready to eat), 1 c. shredded coconut, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, melted and 2 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Spread cereal and coconut in ungreased pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch).
Mix brown sugar and margarine; pour over cereal and coconut.
Bake until bubbly, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.
Break into pieces.
Prepare instant pudding (pistachio or vanilla flavors are recommended).
