Crunch Drop
Crunch Drop is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 c. soft butter, 2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Sift flour and soda together.
Set aside.
In large bowl, cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix in flour mixture until well combined.
Stir in oats and coconut to make a stiff dough.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes about 10 dozen.
