Crumb Torte
Crumb Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed and 1 c. cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and mix well. Spread half the crushed wafers on bottom of buttered 8-inch square pan, then butter mixture, then pineapple.
Add nuts to whipped cream and top with remaining crumbs.
Chill 2 hours.
