Crumb Chicken
Crumb Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. skim milk, 4 slices bread, made into fresh bread crumbs (use food processor), 2/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp. paprika and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Coat a 13 x 9-inch pan with vegetable cooking spray.
Put milk in a shallow dish.
Mix remaining ingredients except chicken in a medium size bowl.
Dip each piece of chicken in milk, then in crumbs, pressing so crumbs adhere to form a thick, even coating.
Arrange meaty sides up in a single layer in prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour or until browned and juices run clear.
