Crumb Cake
Crumb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. crisco, 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix together the Crisco, flour, sugar and baking powder like for pie crust.
Save 3/4 cup for top of cake.
Add to reserved pie crust mixture the cinnamon.
Add to the rest well beaten eggs and milk.
Beat well and pour into greased pan.
Add topping to this and bake at 350Β° until done.
