Crumb Cake
Crumb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oil, 1 1/2 c. sugar (white or brown), 2 c. flour, 1/2 c. flour and 3 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix the first 3 ingredients.
Remove 3/4 cup for Crumb Topping.
To balance of mix, add remaining ingredients.
Mix all ingredients into a smooth, thick batter.
Grease a tube pan and dust with flour.
Pour mix into tube pan.
Sprinkle the 3/4 cup of crumbs for topping.
Bake at 350° for about 50 minutes (ovens vary) or, bake until tester comes out dry.
(I have baked cake at 375° for 35 minutes and it works in my oven.)
