Crumb Cake
Crumb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. butter or margarine, 3/4 c. milk and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix sugar, flour and shortening.
Take out 2/3 cup crumbs for top.
To remaining crumbs add milk, egg, baking powder and nutmeg. Grease 9 x 13 cake pan; put in cake batter.
Sprinkle 2/3 cup crumbs on top.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes, but check with toothpick.
