Crumb Cake
Crumb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, packed, 2 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour and salt.
Cut in the butter until mixture resembles a coarse meal.
Remove 1 cup of mixture and combine with nuts and cinnamon; set aside.
To remaining crumb mixture, add milk and baking powder.
Spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture over the batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until tests done. Cut into squares and garnish with whipped cream.
Makes 12 to 16 servings.
