Crumb Cake
Crumb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 lb. light brown sugar, 1 scant c. butter or margarine, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. sour milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix flour, brown sugar and butter or margarine by hand like pie dough.
Mix vanilla, sour milk, soda, salt and egg with spoon. Bake in long pan.
Take out 1 cup crumbs before you put liquid in.
Beat with spoon.
Spread crumbs on top.
You may sprinkle with cinnamon if you wish.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
