Croutons
Croutons is an easy dinner. Made with 8 slices loaf bread, 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. parsley (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put bread on a cookie sheet and let "stale" in a warm oven, turning frequently, or you can leave bread out on countertop for about 5 hours and let "stale."
Melt butter.
Add garlic powder, salt and parsley.
Brush butter mixture on both sides of bread. Cut bread into cubes.
Bake at 325Β° until bread is toasty brown on bottom.
Turn bread over and brown on the other side.
Leftover croutons keep well in a Tupperware bowl.
