Croquettes
Croquettes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Stir onion in melted butter until brown.
Blend in dry ingredients.
Add water and stir until thick.
Add meat and cook 2 minutes.
Break in egg.
Stir until mixed.
Chill.
To mold, dip in cracker meal, seasoned beaten eggs, then cracker meal again. Chill.
Roll in melted butter; cook on baking sheet at 350Β° for one-half hour.
Serve with tomato or mushroom sauce.
Makes 6 regular size.
