Crock-Pot Scalloped Potatoes

First, peel and slice potatoes thick and put in kettle. Bring to boil.
Remove immediately and drain.
Grease crock-pot and layer them in there; cook until done.
Sprinkle paprika on top and always end up with soup on top.
You can also bake this in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 15 minutes, uncovered and cook for 45 minutes at 375Β°.
