Mix batter as directed.
Dip fish pieces in batter.
Place fish pieces in microwave baking dish.
Salt and pepper to taste. Put bits of butter and lemon juice over fish.
Next, place green pepper and onion on top of fish.
Bake in microwave oven for 9 minutes on High temperature or until done.
Do not turn fish.
