Crispy Raisin Drops
Crispy Raisin Drops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. (1/2 lb.) soft butter or margarine, 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1/4 c. granulated sugar, 1 egg and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream the butter and sugars until fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Mix flour, salt and soda. Gradually blend into creamed mixture. Stir in granola and raisins. Drop by heaping teaspoonful on greased or nonstick baking sheets.
Bake at 375Β° until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
Let stand a few minutes on baking sheets before removing to wire racks to complete cooling.
