Crispy Oven Fish
Crispy Oven Fish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. finely crushed potato chips, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, 1/4 c. lemon juice (from concentrate), 1 lb. fish fillets and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Combine chips, cheese and parsley.
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Dip fish in remaining 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, then mayonnaise mixture, then chip mixture.
Arrange in greased baking dish. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 4 servings.
