Crispy Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1/4 c. ketchup, 1 c. crisp rice cereal, 1 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a large bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients.
Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls and place in a greased 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 400Β° for 30 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
Yields 16 meatballs.
