Crispy Chocolate Ring
Crispy Chocolate Ring is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed, 1/3 c. peanut butter, 1 envelope premelted unsweetened chocolate flavor and 3 c. crisp rice cereal or corn flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter in medium saucepan.
Add sugar, stirring well. Add peanut butter and chocolate flavor; stir until well blended. Stir in cereal; mix until cereal is well coated.
Pack mixture into well-buttered 8-inch ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold by running spatula around inside of mold.
Serve with ice cream balls, if desired.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
