Crispy Chicken
Crispy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/4 c. mustard, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, 1 frying chicken, cut up and mashed potato flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Lightly beat together eggs, mustard and seasoned salt.
Dip chicken in mustard mixture, then roll in potato flakes until well coated.
Melt butter in shallow baking pan.
Arrange chicken, skin side down, in pan.
Bake in 400Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer until tender and brown.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
