Crispy Asparagus
Crispy Asparagus is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. asparagus, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. sesame seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash the asparagus; scrape.
Remove tough ends.
Cut into 2-inch pieces, including the spears and set aside.
In a skillet, roast sesame seed until they turn uniformly golden brown. Transfer to a bowl.
Warm butter in a skillet; add asparagus. Saute on medium-high heat.
Asparagus should remain crisp.
Add soy sauce.
Mix well.
Sprinkle with sesame seed.
Serve hot.
