Crisp Sheet Bread
Crisp Sheet Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope dry yeast, 1 c. lukewarm water, 1 tsp. honey, 2 tsp. rosemary (optional) and 7 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add honey, rosemary and 1 tablespoon of oil.
Sift in half the flour and salt and stir well.
Knead in remaining flour.
Pour 2 tablespoons of oil on a 9 x 13-inch cookie sheet.
Press dough into an even layer on the pan.
Pour remaining 4 tablespoons of oil over the dough and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake 25 minutes at 400Β°.
