Cris' Ice Tea
Cris' Ice Tea is an easy dinner. Made with 13 tea bags, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. lemon juice and 3 qt. water, boiled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Boil 3 quarts water; add 13 tea bags (it's easier to twist strings of bags together for less of a mess) and remove from heat. Let sit approximately 1/2 hour.
Drain and squeeze tea bags and remove.
Add 1 1/2 cups of sugar and 1/2 cup lemon juice.
Stir well until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into a gallon jug; add enough cold water to make 1 gallon.
Stir or shake well.
Chill and serve over ice.
