Creton is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground pork butt, 1 large onion, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper and 1/2 tsp. ground cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook pork and onion over low heat, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
