Dissolved yeast, sugar, eggs and warm water in a very large oil, salt and flour.

Mix well. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it stand 8 hours or overnight on the counter (not in the refrigerator). Divide the dough in 3 parts.

Roll each part into circular shape on a floured surface.

Cut each circle into 8 parts.

Roll large end of each triangle into small end. Place on ungreased pan, shaping each piece in a crescent.

Let rise 6 hours.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375Β°.
