Crescent Cheesecake
Crescent Cheesecake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. crescent rolls, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, separated and 1 tsp. almond extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, almond extract and egg yolk until smooth.
Spread 1 package crescent rolls in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread cheese mixture on top.
Put second package of crescent rolls on top.
Brush top with egg white and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serve with fresh fruit such as strawberries.
