Crepes
Crepes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 slightly beaten eggs, 2 c. milk, 2 c. flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Add milk, flour and salt to eggs.
Mix until no lumps.
Pour from pitcher about 2 tablespoons of batter into pan.
Tip pan until bottom is coated (should be very thin).
Cook over low heat until crepe looks solid (about 30 seconds).
Turn and cook another 30 seconds.
Lightly grease pan about every third crepe.
Remove and cool on platter.
May stack.
Cover all with Saran and set aside.
